Community Survey The Comprehensive Community Plan Steering Committee and Howland Township Planning Staff and Administration, and the Howland Township Trustees would like to thank the 422 residents that completed the survey. Overall, the results of the survey highlight one fact and that is Howland Township's residents- amid any differing of opinions we may have- are motivated in making our community a better place.
